On February 17. 2020, Prof.Hiroshi Hoshino,the Managing Director of the SBRC,visited Yunus Center in Bangladesh with
Rikkyo University Prof. Hayashi, Keio University Prof. Iguchi, and Asia University Associate Prof. Arai for the purpose of
a basic research on KAKEN supported by Japan Society for the Promotion of Science(JSPS).

The delegate received a warm welcome from Yunus Center, including the executive director of Ms. Lamiya Morshed, and
exchanged opinions on the relationship between social business and companies.

The delegate also visited the Grameen Euglena farm,the Grameen Danone yogurt factory,
the Grameen Uniqlo textile factory, all of which are the front runner of social business in Bangladesh.
